How do I download the WonderBar™ to my computer?
- Go to unity.mywonderbar.com and click on Download at the top of the screen.
- Click the Download WonderBar™ green button at bottom of the screen.
- When the pop-up window displays, click Open to continue installation process.
How do I login to the WonderBar™ Desktop Application?
From the Macintosh™ operating system:
- Go to Applications
- Click WonderBar™ Icon
- Enter your Email Address and Password for your WonderBar™ account (NOTE: You must already have an account created with WonderBar™ and please verify that the information you are entering is correct.)
- Click Login
From the Microsoft™ Windows operating system:
- Go to Start > All Programs > Click WonderBar™ or Click the WonderBar™ shortcut icon on your desktop
- Enter your Email Address and Password for your WonderBar™ account (NOTE: You must already have an account created with WonderBar™ and please verify sure that the information you are entering is correct.)
- Click Login
What do I do, if my Notifier doesn’t remind me to watch episodes?
- The notification pop-up window displays to remind a person to view their content at the scheduled time only if you are logged into WonderBar™ Desktop Application.
- If you are logged into WonderBar™ Desktop Application, check to make sure that you have enabled notifications. (NOTE: To enable the notifications, click on green WonderBar™ Icon and check the box next to Enable Notifications.)
- If you are logged into WonderBar™ Desktop application and your notifications are enabled, make sure a time has been selected for the channel. (NOTE: if you have done all of the above and are still not receiving any notifications for the day, it could be because there are no scheduled episodes for that channel.)
Why does the video player turn black when I click the play button?
The video player may appear black and remain that way after a video episode is clicked if your installations of video playing software are out of date. You can update to the latest versions by clicking one of the links below.
I can’t remember my password.
- Click on Forgot Password? link available on the desktop login screen. This opens your default web browser.
- Enter the Email address you used to create your WonderBar™ account.
- Click Reset Password button on this screen.
- An Email with a link that will allow you to reset your password will be sent to your email account associated with your WonderBar™ account, open your Email and click that link. (NOTE: If you have created an account using the email address you have provided, you should receive an email from “Unity Media Group” Subject: Reset Password Confirmation. If you had not received an email from us within an hour, please check your Junk Mail folder.)
- Enter your new password into Password and Confirm Password fields and click on Confirm. This resets your password to access your WonderBar™ account.
Videos drag or pause multiple times when trying to view them.
- This is caused by an internet speed problem. To find out how fast your internet’s download speed is, please visit http://speedtest.net
- Click Begin Test and note the download speed as it is displayed.
- Repeat three times.
- If the download speed is less than 0.5 Mpbs, the video will not play. If download speed is less than 1.0 Mbps, videos will take longer to load before playing.
- Pausing the player and allowing the video to load for a few minutes may allow the user to view the videos.
- If internet speed is not sufficient, the user may need to contact their internet service provider and ask them if they can do anything to improve internet speed.
I’m not seeing the organization-specific content that I’m supposed to. Why?
Organization-specific content is managed based on the organization you are logged into. Follow one of the two processes below:
To un-install the WonderBar™ go to the organization-specific WonderBar™ home page (e.g. organization.mywonderbar.com or unity.mywonderbar.com)
- Click on the green Download WonderBar™ button at the bottom of the screen.
- When the pop-up window displays, click Open to continue the un-install process.
- Once the un-install process completes, click on the green Download WonderBar™ button at the bottom of the screen.
- When the pop-up box displays, click Open to re-install and begin the installation process.
- Once the installation process is completed, login to WonderBar™ using your email and password information you used for your WonderBar™ account. This will give you access to organization-specific content. Click on the green WonderBar™ Icon to access the WonderBar™ Menu.
To add an org to your existing WonderBar™ Desktop Application, login to your WonderBar™.
- Click the Edit pencil icon at the top of the menu.
- Click the plus sign button (+) at the bottom of the page to add an organization.
- Enter the organization alias in the provided field space.
- Click the Add button.
- Select the organization you just added.
- Click Launch WonderBar™. This will give you access to the organization-specific content.
